Sarah in the Kitchen initially started as a food blog known as The Hopeful Kitchen after I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in 2017. I spent the majority of my recovery in the kitchen as a form of therapy, sharing meal inspiration and recipes in order to maintain healthy and joyful eating.
Since then, I've explored my Italian heritage, learning traditional pasta-making techniques as well as growing my own food and herbs to encourage sustainable and mindful cooking. Scroll down to learn more.

Deliziosa is the first business by Sarah in the Kitchen, making fresh pasta and sauces available for collection and local delivery. Our ingredients are fresh and we cater to a vegetarian and vegan diet. All our herbs are homegrown and our menu changes regularly to incorporate new pasta shapes and seasonal produce.
